Why am I not losing weight?2024-02-23T05:40:30+00:00
  1. You’re eating more than you think. In this case, you need to be more strict about tracking your calorie intake and/or reduce your calorie intake.
  2. You’re not burning as much energy as you think and are no longer in a large enough deficit to cause meaningful weight loss. In this case, add a session or two of cardio to your weekly regimen or walk more throughout the week.
  3. You’re gaining muscle while losing fat. This is called recomping. In this case, don’t worry about your lack of weight loss—things are still moving in the right direction.
Do I have to do cardio, go to the gym or walk 10,000 steps every day?2024-02-19T10:17:34+00:00

We actually discourage you to do cardio or go to the gym during the initial shredding phase. We want you focused on what moves the needle – in this case, weight and fat down whilst maintaining your muscle stable. As we move through the program, we will introduce some exercise though it is… you guessed it, efficient. Time efficient. We also don’t want you getting overwhelmed. We are asking for a 90 day commitment whereby every week, starting with day 1, you will decrease weight and fat incrementally. You will watch the numbers go down, week after week. Once you get into the rhythm, it’s actually exciting and addictive. Though you see extensively online everyone pushing you to the 10,000 steps per day, I lost 25 kgs and could barely get past 4,000 steps per day. Don’t get me wrong, exercise is very good for you and important for your health. Again, we are razor focused for 90 days on one goal – to see your abs.

No. But don’t kid yourself either. The program is designed to ensure that you start shredding from day 1. Like any new thing you learn, there is a learning curve in the beginning though we give you all the knowledge you will need to make it quick and efficient for you. Your time is valuable and we respect that. We will give you the important concepts but also what foods are most efficient, where to buy them and no, we don’t have affiliate links nor do we recommend stuff we haven’t tried. We recommend products that we’ve tested, are efficient and we use daily. They also taste great and are filling. No weird stuff. Just alternatives you never knew existed and they were in front of you all this time – you just couldn’t see them.

No. We strongly disagree with the term “cheat day” as it sends your brain the wrong message that you are doing something you don’t want to. We are getting you ready for the rest of your life with a balanced approach to eating. We won’t be telling you what to eat or drink though we will show you what is efficient and what isn’t. You then decide.

No. You will learn about calories, macros and nutrients. You won’t be overwhelmed. We have focused on getting you all the data and knowledge you need in a fun yet efficient manner. We’ve done all the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.

Can I drink Alcohol?2024-02-19T10:00:31+00:00

As this program is based on the principal of calorie deficit, you can drink and eat anything you want. The focus is on the amount of calories you can consume in a day. Many clients come to us and claim that they will have a hard time giving up alcohol. Ironically, though we don’t tell them to give up alcohol, they just stop drinking for the simple reason that it is an inefficient use of calories. Just like some people prefer a low end smartphone given that buying an expensive smartphone would put a strain on their budget.
