We actually discourage you to do cardio or go to the gym during the initial shredding phase. We want you focused on what moves the needle – in this case, weight and fat down whilst maintaining your muscle stable. As we move through the program, we will introduce some exercise though it is… you guessed it, efficient. Time efficient. We also don’t want you getting overwhelmed. We are asking for a 90 day commitment whereby every week, starting with day 1, you will decrease weight and fat incrementally. You will watch the numbers go down, week after week. Once you get into the rhythm, it’s actually exciting and addictive. Though you see extensively online everyone pushing you to the 10,000 steps per day, I lost 25 kgs and could barely get past 4,000 steps per day. Don’t get me wrong, exercise is very good for you and important for your health. Again, we are razor focused for 90 days on one goal – to see your abs.
